Abstract
Condition, problems and perspectives of development of profile juridical high school are analyzed. Ways of reforming of higher juridical education are offered, and also principles of reforming grounded. Main objective of reforming from the position of system approach to examining of problems, contradictions and difficulties in the way of reforms is shown, as well as basic directions for juridical education reforms exposed.
