Abstract
Presented is the author’s analysis of the theme “digital diplomacy in theories of international relations”. The author pays attention to principal components of the phenomena of digital diplomacy of international relations, analyzing the factor of digital diplomacy in paradigm of development of such. Attempt is made to study the phenomena of digital diplomacy in frameworks of meanings of political idealism, political realism, neoliberalism, transnationalism and constructivism.
