Abstract
Substantiated is necessity to shift institutes of art and culture to innovation oriented way of development. Peculiarities of strategy for innovation development ana management are exposured. Citing as an example the SBEI HPE “Belgorod State Inatitute of Art and Culture” (BSIAC), the authors in detail examined institute’s structure transformation as organizational innovation in professional educational training in the sphere of art and culture.
