Abstract
The process of musical creativity is considered from the perspective of ontopsychology and in terms of its potential and significance for contemporary people. The possibilities of an innovative system of music education, an alternative to traditional music instruction, are examined as an optimal environment for revealing learners’ personal potential and developing leadership qualities, self-regulation skills, and adaptability to the complex conditions of contemporary society.
