Informational providing and statistics of the system of education. Problems of access and perspectives of lowering of administrative burden

Analyzed is the problem of cutting down the stream of report documentation in the system of education on all levels, that is actual not only in Russia. Necessary is to organize informational and statistical services in such order that both federal and regional bodies of management administration could in operative manner receive full and authentic information as to the system of education. At the same time there is important task of lowering of burden on pedagogical personnel and management administrative staff during the process of preparedness of report documentation. In the article, given is an analysis of the structure of modern informational provision of education, and also revealed are it’s abundance, side by side with imperfectivity of methodology, ways of it’s collection, processing and guaranteeing of access to information in the system of management in education, along with problems of archivazing and preserving, access to data bases. Given are some recommendations for bettering of informational providing and statistics in the system of education.
