Info-communication system of organization and evaluation of creative level of research works of youth in regional virtual scientific and educational environment

Abstract

Presented is brief description of virtual educational environment of creatively gifted youth in the form of info-communication system, and also described are it’s principal functional and cyclical results of implementation. Proposed is reduced methodology for complex evaluation of creative level of research works of schoolchildren, as well as analysis of structure of their creative activity on the basis of data obtained through examination of projects by two independent reviewers of remote stage of the contest of creative projects of youth. Described is the method of selection of the most gifted contingent of creative youth on the basis of uniqueness and totality of creative qualities. On this basis, demonstrating are resulting “stratification” of data, obtained by using developed method, and also demonstrated are results of selection by using of both traditional and developed methods with showing corresponding conclusions.
