Abstract
The article is devoted to scientific works of outstanding Russian philosopher Arcady Dmitrievich Ursul. A.D. Ursul is Dr.Sc. (Philosophy), professor, specialist in philosophical problems of informatics, cybernetics and synergetic, and also the problem of outside earth civilization, and interconnection of philosophy and natural science. In scientific world he is well known because of number of new conceptions, as well as original directions of scientific research. The authors of the article are analyzing basic research directions of A.D. Ursul, starting from his first works in the field of social and philosophical substantiation of cosmos activity of mankind up to modern works in the field of global evolution and global governance.
