Abstract

Presented are the author’s reflections on higher education reform within the post-Soviet borderlands that is making use of foreign models as it’s principal direction. The article argues that though university education functions on the same principles in all countries, i.e. generation, accumulation and transfer of knowledges, it carried out more efficiently when based on national traditions.
