Abstract
For partner countries the Tempus programme is a vector towards the future and an engine for building a sustainable education system. This programme is a key bridge to European education for universities of the North-Caucasus. Tempus SM_SCM-T063A06-2006 project «Implementation of the Bologna process in Technical Universities of the North-Caucasus» has served a powerful tool for modernization of higher education in the region of the North-Caucasus.
