Abstract
Presented is methodology of risk management in refraction of the complex approach as a modern relevant tool for determining, identifying, analyzing, managing and predicting socio-cultural risks of modern anthropotechnosphere. The author also proposes the concept of transposing the concept of socio-cultural risk in the field of complexity in order to determine possibility of using this methodology for the study of socio-cultural risks, as well as to identifying specific features of this concept in complex interpretation.
