Abstract
Analyzed are peculiarities of the idea of the right to decent human existence as one of main ideological concepts in modern world, as well as it’s role in educational of the individual examined. The authors displayed, how this idea may become the ideological basis for teaching of legal disciplines in high school in order to form moral and also civic and legal culture of students.
