Abstract
The article deals with little known facts that throw light on forgotten sources of «Kolmogorov’s reform» 1970-1978, i.e. many years’ preparation for it, methods and results, as well as it’s consequences in nowadays education. Ideology of the reform are also analysed, as well as it’s antipedagogic essence proved.
