Readiness of IT specialists for inter-professional interaction as important component of innovative activity

Substantiated is importance of formation of readiness of specialists in information technologies to inter-professional interaction as necessary component of their innovative activity. Given is the author’s definition of readiness for inter-professional interaction which is considered as quality of personality, being conductive to promote of productive integration of activity with professional activity of experts of various specialties in the process of implementation of innovative projects in inter-subject spheres of science and production. The model of IT specialist, ready to inter-professional interaction is developed. Revealed are most general qualities of personality of IT specialists, influencing on success of inter-professional interaction. Also described are content and technology of pedagogical support for development of readiness of IT specialists for inter-professional interaction.
