Abstract
Various processes in the sphere of education demand new methods in teaching. One of basic decisions in high school is competitive approach based on formation and development of key competitiveness which define successful adaptation to labor market. Educational establishments are faced very important strategic challenge — to train competitive, innovative focused specialists who are necessary in the global labour market.
