Abstract
Presented is comparative analysis in branch frames of qualifications in the spheres of “Geology” and “Electro Energetics” in the context of national frames of qualifications. Elaborated are principal peculiarities of professional standards as to requirements to competences on qualification levels. Defined are reasons, why adopted professional standards could not serve as basis for educational programs for training of bachelors in the format of competence approach.
