Abstract
Process of forming conflictologic competence among officers in education of cadets is examined. The author proposes a hypothesis that aggression among officers ought to be reduced as conflictologic competence is being formed, and states that conflictologic competence is a component of officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets in higher schools by the Ukrain ministry of internal affairs.
