Abstract
The issue of flexible distribution of university resources to support the multilevel education system and formation of students’ individual learning routes is described. The issue of forming an innovative system of continuing education is covered. Such system provides students with knowledge on the basis of creative inquiry with elements of research. Conclusions about typical functionality of the given systems and an example of their practical realization at the university are presented.
