Formation of readiness of future officer to pedagogic interaction with subordinates on the basis of humane attitude to person as actual problem of pedagogy

Presented is the analysis of various aspects of training future officer of MVD of Russia to pedagogic interaction with personnel of internal troops. The subject of the analysis is formation of readiness of future officer to pedagogical interaction with subordinates as actual problem of pedagogy. The named process is based on humane treatment as to person. In connection with that, as to the author’s opinion, educational process at military high schools of MVD should be enriched by materials of humanistic nature. Presented is the author’s model of organization and realization of educational process on corresponding base. As the author states, elaborated ideas might constitute the basis of typical model of training as to quality of personnel, while conditions of realization of such would be conductive to forming in future officer readiness to effective pedagogical interaction with subordinates.
