Abstract
Substantiated is that in all historical periods the basic factor in contents and evolution of education was axiology, i.e. science of value meanings of personality, society and social practices, as well as tacking into account of social ideals and norms. Disregarding of these valuables means that education would become degraded and degenerated into economy centered “market of educational services”.
