Abstract

Evaluated is possibility of indicators’ achievement of the program of raising the level of competitiveness of Russian high school, i.e. Project “5 to 100”. Determined are key reasons for low authoritativeness (quating) of publications of Russian universities’ activity. A set of measures is proposed, aimed at raising indicators’ performance of Russian high schools, as to their scientific and research activity.
