Factors influencing on employment of graduates

Abstract

Presented is study of four factors’ groups that have significant impact on high school graduates’ employment. Identified are causes of unemployment of young professionals with regard to “differed employment”. Defined is mechanism, oriented onto graduates’ employment in labor market, taking as example Saratov National Research State University. Also identified is graduates’ behavior on labor market, as well as perception by him employment opportunities. Characteristic of information environment of labor market is described. Statistical data on employment of graduates of humanitarian specialties of analyzed university for several years are presented. Also described are principal qualities of young professionals, which are in demand by modern employers.
