Engineering technical education in Russia in historical perspective

Abstract

Presented is survey of development of higher engineering technical education in pre-revolutionary Russia? In the USSR and on contemporary stage. Elaborated are character features and peculiarities of training specialists of engineering technical profile at each of that periods. Also defined are problems in development of engineering technical education and shown are possible ways for their overcoming.
