Abstract
Researched is system approach to diagnostic engineering culture of future officer. Described is the system of diagnostics of engineering culture of cadets of military high schools of the troops of National guard of the Russian Federation. Revealed and substantiated is the essence of the system for diagnosing engineering culture of future officer under conditions of contemporary professional education. The method of expert evaluation in diagnostics of engineering culture is proposed. The levels of development of engineering culture of military cadets have been singled out and theoretically substantiated.
