Abstract
Resume of round table in Chuvashia on the problem on attainment of qualitative indicators of regional variant of “road map” of development of the system of education into the year of 2018 is presented. Examined are fundamental problems, facing young scientists of the region, as to both publication scientific articles and organization of work in scientific laboratories.
