Abstract
Examined is cultured and artistic mission of an institute as part of it’s humanitarian environment. Conclusion is made about actuality of creation of science and methodological principles, that enable to solve the problem of harmonious interaction of professional and personal maturity of future specialists, that would eventually become an important resource of their personal and professional resilience.
