Abstract
Examined is the problem of digitalization of economy and society. Digitalization offers new opportunities and prospects of development of human capital, that is being more and more connected with use of digital technologies, allowing arrange flexibly it’s quality under direct problems of production and personal growth. Also analyzed are consequences of development of human capital during that process.
