Abstract
Analyzed is traditional cybernetic postulate in connexion with possibilities of neural network technology, enabling to finish teaching a structure on the bases of stepped functioning of new information, i.e. perfection of initial structure in decision process, that enables to define more precisely the decision, and to deepen the prognosis.
