Abstract

Elaborated is the problem of solving contradictions in the sphere of higher technical education as to innovative development. Presented is an analysis of transformation processes in the system of education. Special attention is paid to methods of forming modern outlook during the process of training of engineering personnel. Presented material might be useful for special faculties at technical high schools.
