Abstract
The article gives a review on modern unification of educational standards and development of educational technologies within the Bologna process framework. It also introduces means of implementation of the “lifelong learning” paradigm proposed by UNESCO, illustrated by example of continuous vocational training at the Higher School of Folk Arts.
