Analysis of the Features of an Effective Contract with a Teacher at a University

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of the features of an effective contract with a teacher in a university from the position of a teacher. The methodological basis of the work was optimization methods, control theory, analysis of scientific literature on the use of an effective contract in a university, as well as generalized practical experience. The issues of the concept of an effective contract and the features of its application in a university, the strategy of the teacher’s activities under an effective contract and ways to adjust the terms of an effective contract to align the goals of the university and teachers are considered. It is shown that an effective contract with a teacher is an important tool for managing the quality of education in higher education institutions. It not only defines the rights and responsibilities of the teacher, but also serves as a means of stimulating educational, methodological and scientific activities, increasing professional responsibility and involvement. Their correct development and implementation can increase the motivation and productivity of teachers, which has a positive effect on the educational outcomes of students. On the other hand, the teacher can optimize the ways to increase the level of his salary by using the possibilities of an effective contract. Possible ways of his activities in the current conditions are considered.
