Abstract
Presented is an analysis of educational potential for individualizing educational activity of students as central idea in modernization of higher professional education. Examined is the essence of phenomenon of individualization, defined are it’s functions, as well as possibilities of it’s realization in educational practice in a higher institution outlined.
