THEORETICAL-MANAGERIAL MODEL OF SOCIALIZATION: TOWARD AN OPERATIONALIZATION OF THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

Abstract

The article presents a theoretical and methodological model of socialization designed to overcome the terminological dichotomy in studies of the influence of agents on personality formation. Based on an analysis of the scientific elaboration of the problem, key terminological and conceptual gaps in the core concepts are substantiated. The article describes the key elements of the socialization model from the perspective of the sociology of management. It reveals the place of regulation agents and self-regulation agents in the socialization process, and presents their relationship with mechanisms and factors within a unified model. The author emphasizes that due to the growing influence of digital technologies on personality socialization, new terms describing this process are emerging in scientific research. The article provides an overview of concepts characterizing a new type of socialization agents — AI. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that the dominance of self-regulation agents creates a crisis of manageability for traditional agents, necessitating conceptual tools for analysis.
