Abstract
This article analyzes the Russian system of higher professional education, which has emerged as a result of hybrid processes and transformations aimed at creating a more modern and dynamic educational environment. Such an environment enables students to adapt successfully to future challenges. The study examines the key principles underlying the integration of two or more educational systems and the conditions required for developing an effective hybrid educational structure. Particular attention is paid to three levels of integration: technological, structural, and curricular, which play a key role in shaping a new educational system. The hybridization of higher professional education occurs at different levels and involves combining related educational elements from different systems to create new, more effective, and higher-quality educational products. The article emphasizes that hybridization is aimed at identifying optimal solutions for improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of educational programs.
