Abstract
The author considers two basic directions in pedagogy which define its intrinsic characteristics: pedagogy of interaction and pedagogy of administration. The second direction is represented as the most perspective one and connected with the possibility of creation of pedagogical administrative technologies. The most developed theory and technology in administrative pedagogy is JU.S. Manuylov’s environmental approach.
