Abstract
The article provides best practices of effective social policies of major manufacturing companies in improving the quality of education and the development of scientific research, and design facilities through financial support to relevant substantive scientific and educational institutions. Described are mutually advantageous cooperation of companies with leading educational institutions of the RF.
