Концептуальные основы повышения вовлеченности студентов в условиях трансформации высшего образования

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается проблема снижения когнитивной вовлеченности студентов в условиях трансформации российского высшего образования. Цель работы — выявить и обосновать концептуальные основы повышения осмысленной активности и эмоционально-интеллектуальной вовлеченности студентов. На основе системно-динамического подхода и анализа современной педагогической и психологической литературы разработаны теоретико-методологические ориентиры, включающие когнитивно-деятельностный, субъектно-ориентированный и эмоциональный подходы. Рассматриваются механизмы повышения когнитивной вовлеченности через интеграцию персонализации, практической имплементации, геймификации, рефлексии и цикличности. Эмпирическая часть исследования выполнена на репрезентативной выборке студентов старшего курса технического вуза (N106). Результаты анкетирования показали, что наибольший интерес и мотивацию у студентов вызывают практические занятия, интерактивные лекции, активные формы работы, творческие задания, геймификация и свободное выражение мнений. Выводы исследования обладают практической значимостью для преподавателей и руководства вузов, стремящихся повысить качество образовательного процесса и конкурентоспособность выпускников на рынке труда.
