Аннотация
В статье анализируются стратегические задачи системы высшего образования в условиях пандемии. Раскрываются ограниченные условия развития системы профессионального и высшего образования, раскрываются факторы, оказывающие влияние на принятие решения обучающимися по выбору места обучения. Анализируется влияние пандемии коронавируса на выбор формы обучения, активность использования технологий онлайн-обучения. На примере стран Северной Европы и Прибалтики приводятся социологические данные по влиянию дистанционных технологий обучения на качество.
